You are welcome to come when we hand items out. I have put from the 1st dec to the 21st mainly so, for the month we are collecting items, but we dont plan on doing anything for the weekends leading up to the 21st, but i do think we will need to hire a room or have a central point to go through everything we have and sort it out before the 21st, so any suggestions are welcome of where we could do this and what date would suit most, maybe the weekend before the 21st.
